1. Unidirectional fluid flow through a one-way valve for load lifting.

When the directional valve is not working or the oil pump stops working, the return oil is blocked in reverse to lock the load.
 

2. When the directional valve supplies oil, the pilot pressure and balance valve work together to precisely control the opening size of the valve core, thereby achieving the goal of precise control of the descent speed.
 

3. When the load inertia, oil temperature rise, or external force causes pressure fluctuations in the actuator, the balance valve plays an overflow role (the main valve return oil channel needs to be unobstructed).

A pressure adjustable valve allows one-way flow of oil (V2 to C2), and reverse opening must be achieved through a pilot pressure control. The opening size of the valve is proportional to the pilot pressure, and the valve includes a one-way valve that allows one-way flow of oil.

The main piston for overflow is controlled by the pilot pressure, and the reverse flow working pressure is controlled by reducing the overflow set pressure.

To achieve optimal safety performance, these valves should be installed close to the actuator, using either flange connections or pipe installations.
