The Hydraulic Hoop Clamping Type Autoclaves applies hydraulic, electric door opening/closing system. Both of them can be toward side or top, full automatic for 2.85-5m diameter autoclave, the performance indexes is synchronization with the international advanced level.
Hoop flanges as autoclave door clamping device is not only light weight but also with good strength and rigidity, not easy to be deformed. Because the autoclaves door weight is at supporting seat or autoclave body, so there will be no situation which the autoclave lid is difficult to be opened due to hot deformation. It has no surface hardening phenomenon typical of low alloy steel. It has no delayed cracks because there is no need to cut teeth of autoclave flange by gas cutting. Thanks to that, the autoclave flange never exist potential safe trouble.
It has no serial interlocking protection structure and function for rotary autoclave door, due to no rotation action. No need for manual gearbox which can realize automation easily. Due to high automation, it can save labor cost.
