1. How do I place an order?
A: You can contact us by email for your order details, or place an order online.
2. How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will ask you to pay. T/T (HSBC) and Paypal, Western Union are our most common payment methods.
3. What is the ordering procedure?
A: First, we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we send you a PI for your confirmation. You will require full payment or deposit before we go into production. After getting the deposit, we start to process the order. If we don't have stock, we usually need 7~15 days. Before the production is finished, we will contact you with the shipment details, and the balance payment. After the payment is cleared, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4. MOQ?
A: Any quantity is acceptable for your order. Large quantity price can be negotiated.
5. How long is your delivery time?
A: About 5-10 working days for delivery from China port
