Performance Characteristics:
Hydraulic multi-way directional control valve CDB7*-F15L is a combination of stable diverter valve and multi valve, allows steering system and cylinder working system to share the same gear pump, reducing the complexity of hydraulic system and then easy to install and maintain.
This valve has the self-lock valve shaft, it can prevent vibration of forklift door frame caused by the negative pressure of tilt cylinder, and when the engine stalls, the tilt cylinder will be locked to avoid the malfunction which is possible to result in a safety hazard.
It is featured with full function, high safety, compact structure, advanced & reliable performance and easy to repair and maintain, mainly applied to small tonnage forklifts, small loaders, small excavators, and also can be used in the hydraulic system of crane machinery, mining machinery and sanitation equipment.
Internal stable-flow valve: the oil inlet section with an internal stable-flow valve to provide stable flow for steering system.
Internal check valve: each valve section has an internal check valve to prevent the oil backflow.
Self-lock of valve shaft: prevent vibration of forklift door frame caused by the negative pressure of tilt cylinder, and when the engine stalls it will lock the tilt cylinder to avoid the malfunction which is possible to result in a safety hazard.
Double relief valves: the main relief valve control the pressure of whole hydraulic system, the dividing relief valve ensures the normal working pressure of steering system.
Additional valve: according to the requirement, overload valve and oil filling valve can be added at both ends of valve section.
Structure type: sectional valve, any 1 to 10 sections may combine upon customer's requirement.
Spool function at neutral position: A, Z, O, Y, etc.
