Hydraulic Multiple Directional Control Lever Valve for Crane


P80 series valves with middle-high pressure monoblock construction is developed based on Europe
technology.
1. Inner check valve: The check valve inside the valve body is to insure the hydraulic oil not to be
returned.
2. Inner relief valve: The relief valve inside the valve body is able to adjust the hydraulic system working
pressure.
3. Oil way: Parallel circuit, power beyond option
4. Control Way: Manual control, pneumatic control, hydraulic and electric control for optional.
5. Valve construction: monoblock construction, 1-7 levers.
6. Spool Function: O,Y, P,A.
7. Option: Hydraulic lock is available to be added on A and B port.
8. Available with manual, pneumatic control, electric and pneumatic control, hydraulic and electric
control and etc.


Functions and features

1. Compact size, light and handy structure, small weight, simple operation and safety & reliability;
2. Work group number can be added according to demand, 7 spools at most.
3. Complete configuration of primary and secondary overflow valves; Opening pressure to be adjusted as required by customers;
4. Series-parallel connection structure and external load retaining valve ensure that the actuating mechanism with higher load will not fall in operation.
5. Modules with different functions on the valve group can realize the switchover between single and dual pumps to improve working efficiency and save energy consumption.





Application:
This product is applicable to special vehicles like truck mounted crane, wrecker, scrubbing machine and dynamic compactor and can effectively control such actuating mechanisms like motor and oil cylinder.
