Main Frame Using high-quality carbon steel plate Q235, welding forming structure. After eliminating stress, into the whole process.

Column Using high-quality 45#steel.

Oil Cylinder The material is QT500 or ZG steel.Its tensile and anti-wear performance is high, good toughness,high fatigue strength, long service life.

Heat Plate Use 45#steel which after double scale rolling and normalizing and processing, every platen has 2 heating zones, each heating zone using a temperature measurement points.

PLC The brand is Siemens,Taida or Mitsubishi. Electronic control system is by PLC programmable controller, HMI, control cabinets and other components.

Hydraulic Unit It can realize low pressure fast oil supply,high pressure slow oil supply, hydraulic system pressure monitoring, and has the functions of maintaining pressure,automatic pressure replenishment,safe pressure limiting.
