Machine Tool Frame and Function
1. Machine tools are mainly composted by the rack, working table, slide, and the fuel tank. Use of steel plate welded structure, after a high-frequency vibration to eliminate stress and ensure the overall accuracy of machine tools, with excellent stiffness, excellent anti-distortion, anti-tilt capability.
2. We introduce synchronous slider, synchronous torque axis, and built-in cylinder block, they're stable and reliable.
3. Upper die with oblique wedge and deflection compensation device.
4. Backgauge and slide stroke are electric adjustment, manual fine-tuning, and digital display.
