Use and maintenance
1. When the hydraulic pressure test kit is used to detect the pressure, the pressure joint must be installed at the measured part of the pressure measuring system, and the connection thread of the pressure measuring joint should match the thread of the pressure measuring hose.
2. The hydraulic pressure test kit can measure the pressure when the hydraulic system is running, but it should be confirmed that the pressure at the measured point is within the range of the pressure gauge.
3. When measuring pressure, the hydraulic pressure test kit should be placed smoothly, and the distance between the pressure measuring point and the hydraulic pressure test kit should not exceed 85% of the hose length.
4. During the pressure measurement operation, first connect the pressure measuring hose to the corresponding pressure gauge end joint of the pressure measuring device, then unscrew the dust cover of the pressure measuring joint on the system, and twist the other end of the pressure measuring hose
On the pressure measuring joint, the pressure test can be performed.
5. After the pressure measurement is completed, the hose connector at the end of the pressure measurement connector must be unscrewed first, and the hose connector at the end of the hydraulic pressure test kit can be unscrewed after the dust cover is turned on.
6. After the test is completed, the oil on the pressure measuring device should be wiped clean, covered and locked.
7.The hydraulic pressure test kit in use and storage, strictly prevent collision, the pressure gauge should be sent for inspection after six months of use.
