LKF series is a full range pressure compensated variable flow control valve, referred to as "flow control valve". We adjust the sizeof the orifice area through the rotation of the valve spool , independent of other port pressure changes. to maintain the flow at theset value. Currently, we have two options for customers to choose from, with or without adjustable spring safety valves
Flow Control: The primary function of a flow control valve is to regulate the speed of an actuator (such as a hydraulic cylinder) by controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid.
| Pressure Compensation: Pressure-compensated flow control valves automatically adjust the flow rate to maintain a constant speed of the actuator, regardless of changes in the load or system pressure. | Functionality: When the load increases, and pressure in the system rises, a pressure-compensated valve will respond by allowing more flow. Conversely, when the load decreases, and pressure drops, the valve reduces the flow to maintain a consistent actuator speed. |
