Suitable for hydrostatic pressure test of steel pipes with outer diameter of 25mm~88.9mm, length of 4~6m, and pressure ≤4Mpa.
The hydraulic press adopts the middle pipe inlet and outlet type, the clamp is set at the central pressure test station of the hydraulic press, and the pipe inlet/outlet is automatically lifted and moved.
The steel pipe with a spray port welded on the pipe requires the buyer to manually assist the single pipe inlet.

Factory conditions
1 Environment: temperature 5~50°C (can be used in winter as long as it is not frozen), humidity 10%~100%, seismic intensity 8 degrees;
2 Power supply: voltage AC 380V±10%, frequency 50HZ±1, power 50kW;
3 Water supply: industrial filtered water (tap water can be used), total floating matter ≤5mg/L, hardness ≤10.6Dh, pressure 0.15~0.50MPa;
Circulating water, pressure 0.15~0.50MPa;
4 Compressed air: pressure 0.4~0.6 MPa, flow rate: 1m3/min;
5 Test liquid: water + emulsifier, ratio 3% ~ 5%, liquid circulation;
6 Hydraulic oil: 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.

Process flow
Material storage rack → the step-by-step pipe moving device moves four steel pipes to the material waiting rack → the horizontal feeding conveying device rises and horizontally moves the steel pipe to be pressure tested to the pressure testing station of the hydraulic press → clamps → the pressure test heads at both ends move forward → pipe end seals → water injection and exhaust → exhaust valve closes → water injection valve closes → pressurization → pressure maintenance → pressure relief → pressure test heads at both ends move back → release the clamps → steel pipes are sent out → next cycle.
