
The first manufacturing plant of CADRO is located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of approximately 260,000 square meters. The factory is equipped with internationally leading automated production lines valued at over 50 million RMB, encompassing the entire process of manufacturing, inspection, and testing. Additionally, CADRO has established a Special Technology R&D Center in Shenzhen, outfitted with advanced research and testing equipment. This center is dedicated to the research, testing, validation, and application of new technologies, processes, and materials, ensuring continuous innovation and high-quality production.
The second manufacturing plant of CADRO is located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, and is expected to be completed by May 2025. Spanning approximately 50,000 square meters, the Zhejiang CADRO Tailift Smart Factory is designed with a focus on advanced productivity. It will feature 10 intelligent production lines, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and innovation. This state-of-the-art facility underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality, smart manufacturing solutions to meet global demands.
- 1. The product is used for export to the Russian market, suitable for low temperature, salt rot environment;
- 2. The tail plate adopts the following frame structure to realize the function of head down and head up, and the motion of head down and head up is smooth and uniform, which improves the timeliness of the work;
- 3. The cylinder is equipped with electromagnetic lock, which effectively prevents goods tipping and personal injury caused by the tailboard in the case of pipe explosion and valve clamp, and the tailboard has good pressure retention performance.
- 4. The tail plate adopts hot-dip zinc surface treatment technology, all pipe joints and pins adopt galvanized nickel alloy technology, and the oil tank is made of stainless steel, which comprehensively improves the corrosion resistance of the accessories.
- 5. Low temperature configuration of oil cylinder, tubing, cable, etc., can make the tailboard adapt to the -40ºC environment,The aluminum plate adopts a new vertical splicing process, which increases the anti-slip property of the plate surface.
