Product Description
ZRT develops and produces APT(D/U) series of hydraulic pressure tester(hereinafter referred to as hydro tester), which are designed to conduct pressure test for different size, different pressure level and at different speed to oil tubes, casing pipes, fluid transportation pipe, line pipes, high pressure boiler tubes, steel tubes used in nuclear power station etc.
Models: APT(D/U)-X / Y-Z, "APT" stands for automatic pressure tester, "(D)" for more than one pipe, "/" stands for single pipe, "U" stands for tester with U shape pipes, "X" stands for the maximum working pressure, "Y" stands for the smallest outside diameter of the pipes for the tester, "Z" stands for the biggest outside diameter of the pipes for the tester.
The tested pressure range is from 5 MPa to 200 MPa. The hydro tester is designed according to the customer's demands. By the main characteristics, the available type of hydro tester consists of Single Pipe tester, Dual (multiple-) Pipes Tester, U Shape Pipe Tester and Coupling Screw-on Tester. According to tester's structure, the available type of testers are named as "double screw rods for filling head + pull rod with loop slot for venting head", "fixed stroke for filling head + double screw rods for venting head", "fixed stroke for filling head + balance cylinder for venting head".
Clamp is driven by oil cylinder and has two type 'V' jaws and one moving plate. If Z/Y≤3, with the change of pipe's size, clamp would adjust to the pipe size automatically and no need to change anything. If Z/Y>3, with the change of pipe's size, the two jaws of clamp should be changed to meet the need.
Tester has four sealing forms, i.e. 'big clearance radial sealing', 'end sealing', 'big clearance inner expanding sealing', 'small clearance radial sealing'. Briefly described as following: 1,outside diameter≤178mm:adopting big clearance radial sealing, test head is rectangle and is very easy to be changed. 2,178mm<outside diameter≤559mm: adopting big clearance radial sealing, test head is circle and is better to bear the strength. 3,outside diameter>559mm: if test pressure≤30MPa, adopting end sealing; if test pressure>30MPa, adopting big clearance inner expanding sealing(our patented products); 4,outside diameter≤45mm: both straight pipe and type U pipe adopt small clearance radial sealing(our patented products).
Structure of the machine: when the longest pipe length minus the shortest pipe length≤4000mm, adopt fixed stroke for filling head + double screw rods for venting head. when the longest pipe length minus the shortest pipe length>4000mm, adopt the double screw rods for filling head + pull rod with loop slot for venting head or fixed stroke for filling head + balance cylinder for venting head.
There are three operation models for the hydro tester, which includes manual, semi-automatic and automatic, and three working position, i.e. length measuring and flushing station, pressure testing station and water draining station. Under automatic model, the three working stations work at the same time. The testing data and curve could be saved automatically and then reports could be generated, printed and saved upon request. Also the data and curve can be stored into Excel automatically and you can open it in every computer.
