Mounting and usage
- During handling, mounting and storage, avoid striking or damaging the machined surface.
- Do not remove the seals at each port before mounting. It is not allowed to disassemble at will in dusty places to prevent dirt from entering inside.
- Before use, check whether the technical parameters, spool valve function and oil circuit type of sectional valve meet the requirements.
- The mounting surface should be flat and correctly connected to each port. The tightening torque of mounting screws, joints, etc. shall meet the requirements.
- The hydraulic oil cleanliness of the hydraulic system always no less than NAS 1638 Grade 9.
- The standard style is directional slide v

- A cartridge normally consists of a spool, a sleeve, a cap, seals and a spring. A cap is used in the cartridge which diameter is from 16 to 32, but not over 40. The spool and the sleeve are coupled in slide. The seal between the bottom of the spool and other components is normally linear sealing. The geometric shape of that bottom is very important, which has several structural options. Cartridge spool has different area ratios and opening pressure springs to meet various applied requirements.
The control cover retains the cartridge valve in a manifold block. Inside the cover there are pilot control passages. The cover and pilot valve mounted on the control cover or pilot control components built in the coverCartridge is the functional component of two-way cartridge valve. Its main body is seat structure, namely the seat-type main stage, differentiating itself from the traditional sliding spool valve structure.
