Description The product is a colorless or slight yellow with light stickiness clear liquid, with slight milk gloss.
Indication:
Treatment and prevention of hypovolemia, acute normovolemic hemodilution (ANH).
Usage and dosage:
For intravenous infusion.
The initial 10-20ml should be input slowly, and the patient should be closely monitored (to prevent possible allergic reactions).
The daily dose and infusion rate should be determined according to the patient's blood loss, maintenance or recovery of hemodynamic parameters and dilution effect.
The hematocrit should not be less than 30% in patients without cardiovascular or pulmonary risk.
The maximum daily dose was 50ml / kg.
According to the needs of patients, this product can be used continuously for several days. The duration of treatment depends on the duration and degree of hypovolemia, hemodynamic parameters and dilution effect.
For a long time, give the maximum dose of treatment every day. At present, there is only limited experience.

Side effects:
Very few patients may have anaphylactic reactions (anaphylactic reactions, symptoms similar to moderate influenza, bradycardia, tachycardia, bronchospasm, non cardiogenic pulmonary edema) when using drugs containing hydroxyethyl starch. In the process of infusion, if the patient has an intolerable reaction, the administration should be stopped immediately, and appropriate treatment should be given.
When hydroxyethyl starch is given, the serum amylase concentration will increase, which may interfere with the diagnosis of pancreatitis.
Long term high-dose use of hydroxyethyl starch, patients will appear skin itching.
When used in large doses, it may cause dilution of blood components such as coagulation factors, plasma proteins and decrease of hematocrit due to dilution effect.
When hydroxyethyl starch is used, abnormal blood coagulation related to dose may occur.

- fluid overload (excess water), including pulmonary edema
- renal failure with oliguria or anuria
- patients on dialysis
