Product Characteristics
1. Out looking: L- HPC is a white or light gray mobile power with odorless and tasteless.
2. Solubility: does not dissolve in waterless ethanol, aether . dissolves in water to clear or slightly turgidity colloid solution. It can dissolve in some organic solvents or some water-organic components.
3. Dispensation change: L-HPC can not be dispense with other high density electrolytes, otherwise may cause salt out. Dissolved L-HPC and derivatives such as methyl & propyl may cause some abstain from contraindication to hydroxy benzyl acids.
Properties
1. L-HPC is mainly for application of chemicals as adhesive agent and crack agent forming agent to improve hardness crack ability increasing freedom of release as well as improve inner quality and curative effect. Especially for some big fragile tablets with high elasticity, L-HPC can improve the hardness and finishes as well as make the tablets swiftly crack. Even if the hardness is 13kg, crack only need about 10 minutes.
2. Add 5-20% percent when make tablets adhesives using wet method. Direct usage can be 5-20% when directly form tablets, when used as tablet crack agent, it shall be 2-10% dosage. Normally, use 5% both inside and outside according to certain prescription.
3. L-HPC is also used as additives for foodstuff as emulsification, stabilizing agent, suspending agent, thicker agent, coating agent for drinks, cakes ,jams, etc.
4.L-HPC is also used in daily chemicals when making frost agent, shampoo, emulsion, etc.
