Product Description
The HNSG series fixed garbage station power unit is a power unit developed by our company to match the horizontal split garbage compression equipment. It is mainly used to compact and press loose household garbage, and squeeze out the moisture in it to make the garbage. Garbage does not drip everywhere during transportation, reducing secondary pollution and serving as the hub of the garbage collection and transportation system.Due to the complex composition of household waste, sanitation workers are often harmed by garbage dust and odors during operations, and residents around garbage stations are also greatly affected. By installing spray dust reduction devices, on the one hand, dust pollution is minimized, and on the other hand, effective microorganisms in biological deodorizers are used to inhibit the production of ozone and decompose the resulting odor pollution, achieving harmless treatment of garbage and improving transportation efficiency. The entire system consists of a hydraulic system and an electronic control system.
This product synchronizes with advanced European technology to ensure reliable equipment operation and efficient operation; Adopting modular design, the system has advanced performance, neat layout, and smooth and beautiful appearance. The electronic control system adopts PLC, touch screen (optional), and upper computer (optional) control, which can achieve automatic repositioning, locking, and compression of the box, and has full load warning, emergency stop, forced retreat, and safety warning functions.
