Site requirements specification
Dynamic axial compression technology is used for packing column, maintaining column pressure and unpacking column by piston movement. Column piston is equipped with specially designed sealing ring that allows the piston to slide freely along the inner wall of the cylinder while maintaining a high seal. Piston movement and pressure maintenance rely on the pressure retaining system. Hydraulic power is more stable and uniform than the traditional spring-powered axial compression column, making DAC column more effective. Dynamic axial compression technology can be used to fill columns with a wide diameter range (50mm-1000mm) and maintain similar separation ability comparable to that of analytical columns.
