A2: For the led light, we have 2 years warranty. And some special offer with 3 or 5 years warranty as customers request.
Q3: What is CRI?
A3:CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED lights, the CRI is higher than 80. For the outdoor light, the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.
Q4: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A4: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q5: How do you offer samples?
A5: We offer free samples in certain quantity with shipping cost paid by the clients
Q6: Can your factory make the lights based on customers' design?
A6:Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service, we have professional engineers for R&D.
Q7: Could you offer OEM led light?
A7: Yes, we offer OEM led light, the OEM led light could offer your laber and your color box.
Q8: What is your delivery time?
A8:Sample order: 3-7 working days
Mass order: 25-30 days after 30% deposit received
Q9: What is your payment terms?
A9:Payment shall be 50% deposit by TT, balance against copy of TT,or L/C at sight.
