The PV combiner box are suitable for grid-connected and off-grid power generation. The main function is to sink the input of PV cell array at one level, and to provide fast cut-off short-circuit fault protection and lightning protection to avoid damage to PV panels and inverters in case of failure. It is also used to reduce the connection of photovoltaic arrays to the inverter, optimize the system structure, improve reliability and maintainability, and optimize power generation efficiency. The parallel mode has anti-backflow and anti-reverse access functions.
Singi offers a plug & play solution that accommodates overcurrent protection devices, disconnectors and surge protective devices (SPDs) in one solar combiner box. Depending on the application, combiners are equipped with monitoring devices to measure current, voltage and temperature to ensure the availability of the strings and to maximize generation.
