1. Where is your company located? Our company is located in Qingdao, China, which is one of the largest ports in the country.
2. What are your main products? We have been in the food industry for over 20 years. Our main products include soybeans, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, bamboo shoots, okra, baby corn, sweet corn, carrots, celery, peppers, mangoes, various fruits, and mixed vegetables.
3. What is your production capacity? There are five IQF processing lines with a production capacity of 25 tons per hour. The cold storage has a capacity of 110,000 tons. The annual production, turnover, and output have exceeded 25,000 tons.
4. How do you ensure quality? We have our own farm and base, which are managed using scientific methods. We also have a comprehensive traceability system in place to ensure that each batch of products is assigned a unique tracking number.
5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 10 MT for a standard product. Can be discussed in detail if the client requests less.
6. What is your delivery time after receiving the advance payment? If the product is being packaged in bulk, it will take 7 to 14 days. If it is a private label, it will take 20-30 days.
7. What are your payment terms?
1). A 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipment.
