All of our products have a "3*90 degree standard"

(1) The angle between top bar and low bar is 90 degree

(2) The angle at each corner is 90 degree

(3) The angle inside each corner is 90 degree

It's nearly perfect straight after welding. 

For a 1800mm product , The STRAIGHT tolerance is < 0.5mm.(Not the size tolerance)  . It's very

hard to achieve for a welding product .

The gap between the top wire is quite even . Our tolerance on each gap is +0.5mm
 

Whatever how long the project is & how many pieces you connect , our shower grate will connect

line by line exactly .The appearance looks like that there is only one grate .
