The pizza cone forming machine can make different sizes and shapes of pizza cone by using different molds to meet customers' demand.
Customer can adjust the heating temperature and heating duration according to different products & receipes. Each mold's heating function can be controlled separately.
This machine is easy to operate, one-button-start & stop, and it is equipped with a leakage protection device, making it safer to use. The mold is made of non-stick material, which makes the pizza cone release from the mold easily and the surface of the pizza cone smooth.
Production process of pizza cone:
1- Flour dough mixer: mix water, flour, eggs and other raw materials together to make dough.
2- Dough ball maker: cut and roll dough into small dough ball.
3- Pizza cone making machine: put small dough ball into machine mold to get the cone pizza formed.
4- Oven: put fruits, vegetables and other foods into pizza cone and roast it.
5- Display showcase: put the pizzas on show and keep warm.
6- Cone pizza holder: make cone pizza stand, and can be put into showcase.
