Feature
1. The lubrication and interval time of AHG3 are controlled by the controller, with a buzzer, when the system is abnormal, it will sound a warning.
2. The pressure regulating valve controls the working pressure of the pump to ensure its own work safety.
3. The electromagnetic pressure relief valve relieves system pressure when the pump stops running, shortening the time of system pressure relief.
4. The exhaust valve can discharge the air in the pump to ensure that the grease is discharged smoothly.
5. AHG3 uses grease pressure plate to vacuum grease.
6. AHG3 can be equipped with low level switch, NO or NC.
7. AHG3 is equipped with a pressure switch, which can monitor whether system is connected to main pipe for grease leakage.
8. Grease is refilled by grease gun and filter, which can prevent impurities and air from entering the pump and improve the working efficiency of the pump.
