How to use thermocouple
The depth of the fast thermocouple inserted into the molten steel should be 300-400mm, and the measurement should not be measured on the furnace wall or slag, so that it is fast, stable and accurate. When the secondary instrument gets the result, the gun should be immediately removed, and the impregnation time of the fast thermocouple in the molten steel should not exceed 5 seconds, otherwise it is easy to burn the temperature measuring gun.
