A casing shoe or rod shoe bits, casing bits are used to advance drill string through the overburden layer and into the bedrock, for drilling down or positioning the rods and casing tubes in overburden borehole.
Casing shoe inside wall is smooth and large enough to permit free passage of drill string including diamond drill bits, core barrel etc components, there are Tungsten carbide (TC) casing and diamond impregnated casing shoe, currently we only focus on diamond impregnated casing shoe, which are embedded with premium synthetic diamonds in a hard and abrasive-resistant matrix.
