Cooperation Terms:
1.Payment terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment. 2.Lead time:10-15 working days after payment of deposit.Warranty: 3 years Within the warranty period, on the condition that all the goods are being used properly, if there is any problem with our goods, the customers can send the problem part back to us, we will fix the problem part, or replace the problem part with a new one.
Technical Support: We provide all kinds of technology training for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software,test reports, CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets and connecting the signal/power cables can be provided for free.If required, we can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct and help the installation.
Others: Free spare parts:A certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including module, power cable,signal cable, LED diod,IC, module mask, power supply,receiving card,etc.
