Q1: Can I get a sample before official order?
A: Sample orders are available for quality check and market test.
Q2: What is your payment method?
A: Our usually practice for payment is by T/T for the mass order. At least 30-50 % deposit in advance, and the balance should be paid before delivery.
Q3: What is your shipping and packing way?
A: We do plywood case or flight case as per customers' requests. For the mass order ( fit for a container), we do shipment by Sea and for others usually by express or airline.
Q4: Can we make any size of led display?
A: Nope, according the led module size or cabinet size.
Q5: How to install led display?
A: We will provide drawing of steel structure or hanging truss according to your requirements, you can install the led display according to the installation guide.
Q6: Is Available to print customer required logo on your LED product?
A: Surely it is. Please inform and confirm the logo design details with our team ahead of the production. Then, we will follow your requirements.
