1. Our warranty time is 2 years, during this period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free, if the damage is caused by fault operation, you need to pay for cost. After warranty time is over, we will offer you component parts at our bottom cost.
2. We will provide some spare parts for you for free, in order to bring you some convenience to repair your LED display by yourself if some small problems with this LED display happened. We strongly suggest you to buy some additional spare parts, especially LED modules and receiving cards.
3. We assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory if customer needed. You can send your engineer to our factory for training about software operation, installation, maintenance, etc. We offer professional training for free.
