Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: It is depending on items, We can supply you the lowest minimum order quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we provide the samples but it's not free. We would deduct this fee from your mass production order.
Q: What is your warranty term for products?
A: Our warranty period is depends on the item. We usually offer 6 month warranty for our professional & industry range of power tools for quality problem.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: We would accept 30%~50% T.T payment for production. The balance must be paid before the shipment.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: For factory brand, we could deliver the goods within 7 days after order confirmation;
For OEM brand takes 40 days after order confirmation.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: OEM brand require 500pcs, for factory brand require 1 ctn according to different models, we have stock.
