Ozone Generator Introduction
The ozone generator adapts the working principle of corona discharge to generate ozone. The tube is a quartz tubular structure with high safety factor and good stability. It uses a unique heat dissipation technology to effectively dissipate heat with low operating temperature. The power supply is an open adjustable power supply, adopts IGBT integrated technology, high-voltage output frequency is adjustable, can be started with slow start (limited inrush current), over-voltage protection, power converter overheat protection, output short circuit, open circuit protection, sound and light warning function; the circuit is moisture-proof, anti-corrosive, anti-interference ability, stable continuous working performance. Components, connectors and gas lines are anti-oxidation devices that are not easily oxidized and have a long service life. The noise of the whole machine is small, the ozone concentration is stable for a long time.
Ozone Generator Working Principle
The ozone generator applies advanced physical oxygen generation principles and directly separates oxygen and nitrogen in the air through pressure swing adsorption of the oxygen generation tower at normal temperature and pressure to obtain high-purity oxygen. Then, a corona discharge method is used to obtain ozone, and the oxygen-containing gas is subjected to an alternating high-voltage electric field under normal pressure to generate corona discharge to generate ozone. After mixing water and ozone through a gas-liquid mixing system, ozone water with a certain concentration is obtained.
