Description:
The Retort Sterilizer from WENZHOU LONGQIANG MACHINERY TECH. CO., LTD. is designed for sterilizing packed food and beverages, particularly those in tin plate cans, bottles, and soft bags. This process prevents contamination, oxidation, and chemical changes, ensuring product hygiene, nutrition, and flavor preservation.
Working Principles:
- The retort uses a heat exchanger to heat deionized water with steam.
- The hot water is circulated into the sterilization tank.
- The products are heated to the required temperature for sterilization.
- Cool water is injected to lower the product temperature.
- This process is repeated until sterilization is achieved.
The Control System of Retort Sterilizer:
The control system is managed by a microcomputer program controller with a touch screen, PC-user interface, and recording capabilities. The sterilization process can be automated or manual, ensuring ease of operation.
