Composite Vacuum Gauge ZDF-5210
Product Overview:
The ZDF-5210 series composite vacuum gauge is composed of a resistance unit and a hot cathode ionization unit, and its measurable range extends from high vacuum to atmospheric pressure. It can be connected to one to three resistance gauges and one ionization gauge. The resistance unit adopts the constant temperature measurement method, which features high precision and a fast response. It uses a fully digital calibration method, and the calibration of the resistance gauge can be completed without the need for tools. In the automatic mode, the ionization unit can be automatically controlled to turn on and off by the resistance unit, preventing the hot cathode ionization gauge from being damaged due to being turned on in a low vacuum state.
The instrument is equipped with a high-contrast liquid crystal display screen with Chinese character display, which is clear and intuitive. It is equipped with two or three liquid crystal screens depending on the model. It also integrates functions such as analog output, relay control, and serial communication, making it suitable for vacuum equipment with high automation requirements.
