The BESSMECH BM-825 Multi-Function Forming Machine is engineered for both Chinese layered pastries (e.g., ox-tongue pastry) and Western toast production. Featuring automatic dough rolling and servo-driven folding, it precisely controls sheet thickness (0.5-5mm adjustable) and filling ratios (error ≤1%), achieving a high output of 800-2,000 pieces/hour with 98% consistency.
·This machine is suitable for secondary forming of shortbread cakes, such as ox tongue cakes, sock sole cakes and other long shortbread cakes
·Three pressure rollers, independently control the thickness of the press, and adjustable speed
