Industrial Insulated Sliding Door or Sliding Gate



1. Door panel : 50,75 or 100mm thick PU sandwich panel. Double layer galvanized steel , and middle is filled with PU foam.
PU density 40kg/m³. Surface of steel is coated with painting, with color of grey white. Heat conducting coefficient 0.018~0.0
29W/(m/K), with good heat preservation. Resist temperature: -50 ºC to  +150ºC.

2. Guide rail: Top guide rail is made from painted aluminum alloy.  Multi-bearing design divides the door weight and makes
the door works more smoothly and durable.
3. Guide wheel: high-strength nylon type guide wheel. The revolving along the guide rail is very smooth and without big
friction, realizing very easy hand operation and long work-life
4. Sealing structure: EPDM seal rubber is paved between guide rails and door, and between door and wall, to make the
structure much more air tight and heat-preserving.
5. Manual operation handle: outside is full-length aluminum alloy handle, inside is inbuilt plastic handle.
 
6. Driving system( for automatic type door only): 220V/50HZ or 380/50HZ. Special-design motor for sliding doors, and
from one of the top brands in China.
