This is hot air drying machine, which adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed to make the drying efficiency of the tray dryer increase from 3-7% of the traditional tray dryer to 35-45%, the highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%.

Application

There are two types of 100kg drying machine
- Carbon steel outside and 304 stainless steel inside
- Fully stainless steel both outside and inside
Below are the stainless steel trolley and trays inside the machine
- There are wheels on the bottom of the trolleys so that people can move it in and out easily.
- There are holes on the trays to increase the hot air contact area. We can customize different trays based on customers' need.
Temperature controller and axial flow fan
- Customers can set the drying temperature according to different materials' requirement. All the instructions are marked clearly in the controller.

1. What is the heat source available?
Heat source: electricity, steam, gas, steam+electricity
2. The temperature range can be set?
Operation temperature: The steam heating temperature is from50ºC -150ºC. Electricity heating temperature is from 50ºC-350ºC. Customer should steam boiler or furnace if choose steam heating or gas heating.
3. Can the voltage be customized based on clients' need?
Voltage can be customized. So please kindly confirm _phase, _V, _Hz when send inquiry.
Finished Products
The drying time of this drying machine will vary by different materials, moisture content, sugar content, local climate, etc.
1. Fruits can be dried whole, or as slices, such as mango, papaya, kiwi, etc. Alternatively they can be chopped after drying, made into pastes, or concentrated juices.
2. Dried fruit is widely used by the confectionery, baking and sweets industries.
