Product Description
Phosphoric acid or orthophosphate, chemical formula H3PO4, molecular weight 97.9724, is a common inorganic acid, is a medium strong acid. It is obtained by dissolving phosphorus decaoxide in hot water. Phosphoric acid is obtained industrially by treating apatite with sulfuric acid. Phosphoric acid delixes easily in air. Heat will lose water to pyrophosphoric acid, and further water loss to metaphosphate. Phosphoric acid is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer and other industries, and can also be used as a chemical reagent.
