About Industrial Gelatin
Industrial gelatin, is a light yellow or brown particles, no unpleasant smell, no visible impurities. It is an ideal protein,which contains 18 kinds of amino acids, water and inorganic salt content below 16%, and protein content above 82%.
Industrial gelatin is used in match manufacturing, mainly using the foaming of colloid to form pores, combined with oxidizer, ignition agent and filler, which leads to instant ignition.
It can be used as adhesive, using its high strength, elasticity and toughness, to produce emery cloth, sandpaper, bonding wood, binding books and used in gift box assembly line, advanced Musical Instruments, furniture industry. For electrolysis, adding it to the electrolyte, which can help to generate smooth and dense anode precipitation and eliminate production losses. For textiles, it can form a film in the yarn bundle, so as to increase the toughness, strength, smoothness and elasticity of the fiber, to prevent fracture. It can be mixed with dichromate to produce negative photosensitive corrosion-resistant film and used in additives by extracting hydrolyzed protein.
