Industrial High Precision/Resolution Handheld White light 3D Scanner for Molds
The white light scanner refers to structured light. The white light 3D scanner generally uses a halogen lamp with high brightness as the projection light source, and generally uses a digital camera with more than 15 million pixels to track the projection grating. The grating projection is set at the light source. When the grating is projected onto the object, distortion will occur. After the distortion value is compared with the initial setting value, three-dimensional effects and data will be generated. Finally form point cloud data with XYZ coordinates.
Compared with laser scanners, 3D white light scanners generate more uniform and stable point clouds.
