Industrial NAT Router with Metal Enclosure
The ZERO6100-5T-LV is an Industrial Network Address Translation (NAT) Router for workshop IP address translation that combines cross-segment and transparent transmission capabilities to simplify the IP configuration of machines in the existing network infrastructure in a factory automation environment and also protects the internal network from unauthorized access by external hosts.
The ZERO6100-5T-LV has a WAN port for connecting to the host computer. It has 4 LAN ports for connecting PLC, HMI or CNC lathes. It supports simultaneous translation of four NAT addresses. Devices connected to the LAN interface can be mapped to any address of the WAN interface, which solves the problem that the IP address of devices cannot be changed onsite.
The Network Management System (NMS) supports a variety of software functions, such as DNAT Settings, SNAT Settings, routing table Settings, DHCP Settings, and so on. It has complete management functions, and supports time setting, online upgrade and backup, Ping detection, etc. The network management system has friendly interface design, simple and convenient operation, and can bring good user experience.
The dip switch can restart the device and restore factory settings with one click. This device adopts industrial design, no fan, low power consumption, wide temperature and wide pressure design, which can resist strong electromagnetic interference.
