Our drop forged rivetless chains are pivotal for trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. Their remarkable high strength-to-weight ratio coupled with the ability to flex across both horizontal and vertical planes positions them as a top-tier choice. Moreover, their simplistic design, comprising merely three components that can be effortlessly assembled or disassembled by hand, enhances their allure and functionality.
The versatile chain is available in two primary patterns: the regular and the X-type. The regular pattern is ideal for the heavier chain segments in drag and flight conveyors, adept at handling materials that tend to pack. On the other hand, the X-type pattern is favored for overhead trolley conveyors due to its exceptional strength and ability to flex transversely over tighter radii. This pattern is provided in sizes 348, 458, and 678, with the H type offering additional sizes of 698, 9118, 100, and 160.
