Usually, it will take 3-5 days to finish the sample. When the sample is confirmed , sample cost and freight will be born by buyer and deducted from the first order.
Q3. Can I visit your factory? How to reach there?
Welcome to visit our factory. The factory is located in Luoyang city. It will take around 2 hrs from Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou by airplane.
It will take 7 hours from Guangzhou by high-speed rail. It will take 5 hours from Beijing by high-speed rail. will pick you up at the airport or high-speed rail station. Hotel reservation is available.

Within 20-25 days upon receive deposit in normal season, and 30-35days in peak period.

Q8.What kind of documents we will provide to you?
B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your broker can do the customs declaration at your side.
Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
During shipping,our shipping agency will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
