FREE-VALVE Flanged Fly Application Inflatable Seat Pneumatic Feeding Dome Valves is an shut-off valve with pressure tight compressed air operating in environment where abrasive material are passing. it is designed for ash handling system, and it can achieve working reliability in severe pneumatic conveying applications ,these are 100% leak proof valves even under two different pressure.
- Simple in design and low in maintenance ,makes the dome valve suitable for pneumatic conveying system .
- 90 degrees turn is sufficient to move from fully closed to fully open position,so the dome completely clear of the medium flow path.
- The seat is a inflatable rubber seal which inflates when pressurized air is passed to it,thus holding and sealing the dome surface tightly.Tight sealing performance as Inflatable seal self-compensates for wear as the valve is used.The inflatable seal provides continuous wear compensation.
