1. For the small capacity:
The cable wires raw materials can be put into the all-in-one machine directly, after crushing, it will use the Air separation system to make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen. Then it can separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh.
2. For larger capacity:
The cable wires raw materials will be firstly put into the shredder, then go into crusher to get the small pieces wires, then our pulse air separator machine will make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen to separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh. To improve the purity and capacity, the rest materials will be go into our high voltage electrostatic separator. This model system includes the first crusher, pulse air separator, dust and fiber collection system and high voltage electrostatic separator.
