Feature:
1. Anti-strong acid and alkali
2. High temperature 200 degree can be steam sterilized and stream filtered.
3. High porosity: For general metal sintered filter,the porosity is below 30%,while the porosity of PTFE sintered filter is as high as 50%,so the same filter area with large fliud flow.
4. With smooth outer surface.the impurities are hard to hang on the cartridges surface.
5. High strength and toughness.the filter is not easy to break,much better than the metal filter.
6. High filtration accuracy: the filtration accuracy of PTFE sintered filter can be 0.3μm, even to 0.1μm, which is not acheved by general metal filter.
7. No particle release, it is used in water and pharmaceutical industries.
8. Strong resistance to ozone, it can be widely used for "ozone"gas distribution and sterilization in pharmaceutical, water and food industries.
