1.This machine, in chips melt spinning way and high tenacity chips, produces high tenacity & low shrinkage industrial yarn through multi-step drawing and heat setting.
2. Specially designed extruder would faciliate melting uniformity of high tenacity chips, eliminating the viscosity of polymer.
3. Suitable for PET, PA6, PA66, PP. etc.
4. Independent temperature controlled and slow cooling heating device effectively prevent the formation of sheath-core struction.
5. The way of different combination of multi-drawing and heat setting processes could meet various requirements of polyester industrial yarn.
