Industry FRP machine :
Our company designed FRP machine is automatic FRP for 4040 and 8040 element, this machine is a automatic machine, fiber glass through the mixed 2 components epoxy glue tank, the fiber glass with mixed epoxy outside rotating the industry element, and need manual support to remove the extra mixed epoxy, and extra mixed epoxy will drop into the glue tank for recycling use.
This machine will let the epoxy coated fiber glass out the element from middle point left to right edge, then return to left side edges, then return to right direction, once again to middle start point, all process is finished. After FRP finished, we should put the element on vertical position and waiting epoxy cured, then after we need to packaging the element. Our machine is very simple, easy operation and stability.
Operation:
1. Connect machine to air and power, and start machine.
2. Use fixture lock one side of element and wait for FRP process.
3. Foot switch and manual assembly the element on position and air cylinder move forward and fix the element, also lock left side fixture.
4. Manual pull the fiber glass go through the glue tank for preparation. Please notice don't add glue before this process in case hand pollution.
5. Add mixed epoxy into the glue tank, and manual put the label on element for next start FRP process.
6. Start machine for PRP process, start point recommend from middle.
7. Once FRP process finished, remove element from the machine and put on fixture and wait epoxy cured.
8. Waiting for the outer epoxy cured, we need to packaging the industry element to vacuum bag and box.
