7)The tooth surface after heat treatment is cut to ensure the accuracy of the tooth profile, making the transmission smoother
7)The gear shaft blank is subjected to ultrasonic non-destructive testing and the tooth surface after grinding is effectively ensured to be of good quality through non-destructive magnetic particle testing
8)After finishing the finished gear shaft is coated with a layer of anti rust oil and packaged in wooden boxes to meet the requirements for long-time long-distance transportation and storage
