All material is cut by auto-cutting machine,not hand cut like other supplier,which can make sure the material cut in accurate size and less material waste,it also can keep the stitching or welding line go absolute straight during the production.
This inflatable car tent cover is sealed structure,all sealed inflatable products are made by high precision sewing machines and using unique 12 in one waterproof nylon threads.We use double stitching for both inside and outside of the product and quadruple stitching for the force loading bottom.For each corner and connection,there are reinforce straps to make sure the product are safe enough,the length of each single sewing needle is 3mm-8mm.
Each inflatable product is designed with a set of D shape or round metal ring anchors to make installation easy and firm in condition of strong wind and different places.
