| 1 | Feed via vibrating drip chamber, manipulator grasp then put the positioning fixture |
| 2 | Feed via vibrating filter, punch rush into drip chamber |
| 3 | Punch the filter and drip chamber again and check if the filter is in place |
| 4 | Glue the drip chamber |
| 5 | Feed via vibrating spike, manipulator grasp then put the positioning fixture and assemble with drip chamber |
| 6 | Rotary positioning of air-vent on the spike |
| 7 | Punch the air-vent, manipulator grasp then assemble with spike |
| 8 | Examine the airvent inside the spike, whether there are bad membranes, such as partial membranes, broken membranes, leaky membranes, double membranes, etc. |
| 9 | Feed via vibrating air-vent cap, manipulator grasp and glue then assemble with spike |
| 10 | Punch the air-vent cap again ( Can add the flanging function of the blue air-vent cap) |
| 11 | Manipulator grasp spike then assemble with drip chamber |
| 12 | Punch the spike and drip chamber again |
| 13 | Feed via vibrating cover then assemble with spike |
| 14 | Finished product discharged/Unqualified product discharged |
