Answer: Our team design, then send draft for your confirmation. Order sample will send to your side for your approval before mass production.
3. How to get samples?
Answer: Stock sample could be free of charge. Customized printing samples will charge. And also you have to pay courier.
4. How long to have inquiry reponse?
Answer: Normally, when during China's working hours, we can reply within 2 hours. And, in order to save time, buyers should supply plenty information for the product needed, for example: order quantity, product size, printing colors, materials, trade term wanted and so on.
5. What the trade terms you can accept?
